Hello, I’m Todd.

My wife and I have called the Ruapehu Region home since 2012 when I took up a job opportunity in the finance industry here.

Moving to Taumarunui felt a bit like stepping back in time (in the best possible sense). Even though I come from another small town, I have always felt a greater sense of community here. In Taumarunui it is almost impossible to walk up the street without running into a friend or acquaintance and chatting for 10 minutes. Everybody knows everybody!

Now, I have to be honest in saying that finance wasn’t the most exciting career I’ve ever had – but it put me in touch with some wonderful people in our community and the very best part of my job was helping those same people into a new home. It was a position that gave me a good understanding of residential lending, the local housing market and a network of great contacts.

I now bring this expertise and perspective into the real estate industry, along with marketing and communications qualifications that I feel are the perfect fit.
